My son has always had difficulty with his gross motor skills and crossing the midline skills, so I utilised my Exercise Physiology skills and created this handout to help other mums and teachers like me.

Crossing the midline refers to the ability to move one side of the body, over the midline (middle) of the body, towards the opposite side of the body (like pictured to the right).

Encourage children to practice their crossing the midline skills with this free crossing the midline exercise routine.
